The rooms have a funny odor coming from the vent, and unfortunately, they face ongoing renovations. The service is hit or miss, with some employees showing superb assistance but others being sarcastic and rude. The location is fantastic for exploring the surrounding area on foot, but cleanliness could be improved in certain areas. The dining experience is forgettable, and some items come with an unexpected additional charge.
